DISTRIBUCIÓN DE FRACCIONES DE TAMAÑOS MOLECULARES DE ÁCIDOS HÚMICOS Y FÚLVICOS EXTRAÍDOS DE ANDISOLES DE COLOMBIA

Risaralda, Colombia. Con tal fin se acopló la técnica de cromatografía de exclusión por tamaño con Sephadex (G-25, G-75 y G-100) con la ultracentrifugación con gradiente de densidad de sacarosa.
Tanto los AF como los AH presentan mayor polidispersidad en el horizonte AB que en el Ap del suelo Marsella, donde los ácidos húmicos presentan menor tamaño molecular. En Ap, la mayor
polidispersidad se obtuvo en los ácidos húmicos en el intervalo de peso molecular >150.000 Daltons. Aunque los AH del horizonte Ap presentan menor E4/E6, y mayor tamaño molecular, son menos polidispersos que los AH del horizonte AB, lo que indica que en la distribución de fracciones moleculares influyen otros factores, diferentes al tamaño, como son las fuerzas de interacción inter e intramolecular. Los perfiles de polidispersidad por cromatografía de
exclusión ponen en evidencia las diferencias entre los dos suelos en estudio acordes con su clasificación a nivel de gran grupo.
