This issue of Case Reports presents two cases of fever of unknown origin (FUO) that illustrate the etiological diversity and diagnostic complexity of this condition.

En la presente edición de la revista Case Reports se presentan dos casos de fiebre de origen desconocido (FOD) que ilustran la diversidad etiológica y la complejidad diagnóstica de esta condición.
