Estudio de los procesos sol-gel para la obtención de un aglutinante apropiado para el peletizado de Alúmina 1. Ensayos de una técnica de peletizado
En este trabajo se presentan los resultados obtenidos en los ensayos y exploración experimental de una técnica de conformado de alúmina que involucra a los procesos sol-gel y al tableteado. Los procesos sol-gel se emplean en la producción de un aglutinante adecuado para la γ-Al2O3; se utiliza como técnica de moldeo el tableteado debido a su reproducibilidad geométrica y dimensional, que son importantes para el modelamiento matemático de los conformados. Los peletizados cilíndricos presentan resistencia mecánica adecuada para su uso en el estudio de procesos químicos catalíticos a nivel banco o piloto.
