Las capacidades dinámicas son relevantes para el actuar empresarial ante los cambios repentinos del mercado, modificando la base de recursos y capacidades existentes y alineando estos factores internos con los externos. La presente investigación ahonda en las posibles relaciones entre las capacidades de aprendizaje y de adaptación sobre la capacidad innovadora de las empresas industriales colombianas. Para esto, se tomó la base de datos EDIT industria 2017-2018, de donde se seleccionaron 1.571 empresas manufactureras colombianas y se consideraron 100 variables. Los datos se analizaron a través del coeficiente de correlación de Mathew y modelos de regresión logística mediante el software estadístico Stata. Como resultado se comprobó que la capacidad de aprendizaje aumenta la probabilidad de adquirir la capacidad para innovar en procesos en un 27,4% a través de la adquisición de información que proviene del departamento de produc-ción y de los proveedores en un 7,9%. Por otra parte, la capacidad de adaptación incrementa dicha probabilidad con las dimensiones de inno-vación tecnológica (23,3%), estructura organizacional (14,2%), relación organización-ambiente (11,2%) y conceptual (0,6%). Las principales limi-taciones corresponden a la escaza literatura acerca de la relación simultánea de las capacidades dinámicas y la dificultad para recopilar datos primarios dadas las restricciones de distanciamiento social vigentes al momento de desarrollar la investigación.
Dynamic capabilities are crucial for business adaptation to sudden market changes. These capabilities involve the modification of the existing resource base of an organization and the alignment of internal factors with external dynamics. With that in mind, this research explores potential relationships between learning and adaptation capabilities and the innovative capacity of Colombian industrial companies. The Edit Industria 2017-2018 database was employed for this study, encompassing 1,571 Colombian manufacturing companies and considering 100 variables. Data analysis involved the Mathew correlation coefficient and logistic regression models using Stata statistical software. Our findings confirm that the learning capability increases the probability of acquiring the capacity to innovate in processes by 27.4%, primarily through the acquisition of information from the production department and suppliers by 7.9%. Additionally, the adaptation capability enhances this probability across dimensions of technological innovation (23.3%), organizational structure (14.2%), organization-environment relationship (11.2%), and conceptual aspects (0.6%). The main limitations of this study include the scarcity of literature on the simultaneous relationship of dynamic capabilities and the challenge of collecting primary data due to the social distancing restrictions at the time of conducting this research.

Esta pesquisa investiga as possíveis relações entre aprendizagem e capacidades adaptativas na capacidade de inovação das empresas industriais colombianas. Para isso, foi usado o banco de dados Edit [Pesquisa de Desenvolvimento e Inovação Tecnológica]-Industria 2017-2018, do qual foram selecionadas 1.571 empresas de manufatura colombianas e 100 variáveis foram consideradas. Os dados foram analisados por meio do coeficiente de correlação de Mathew e de modelos de regressão logística usando o software estatístico Stata. Como resultado, constatou-se que a capacidade de aprender aumenta a probabilidade de adquirir a capacidade de inovar nos processos em 27,4% por meio da aquisição de informações do departamento de produção e dos fornecedores em 7,9%. Em contrapartida, a capacidade adaptativa aumenta essa probabilidade com as dimensões de inovação tecnológica (23,3%), estrutura organizacional (14,2%), relação organização-ambiente (11,2%) e conceitual (0,6%). As principais limitações correspondem à escassez de literatura sobre a relação simultânea das capacidades dinâmicas e à dificuldade de coletar dados primários, dadas as restrições de distanciamento social vigentes na época da pesquisa.
