The implementation of digital banking services has brought significant advantages for organizations, including the ability to obtain instant responses, manage services autonomously, and reduce time and costs. Despite these advancements, the agricultural sector remains one of the industries with the lowest technological adoption figures and limited financial inclusion. Therefore, this research focused on identifying the factors linked to the adoption of digital banking by agricultural producers in Central Colombia. To this end, a structural equation modeling approach was employed, which allowed for the determination of the intention to use digital banking through five latent variables assessed by twenty observable variables. The findings reveal that perceived ease of use, social influence, facilitating conditions, and habits positively affect the intention to use digital financial services. Agricultural producers perceive digital banking as useful, convenient, easy to implement, and influenced by their social environment. The positive perception of digital banking among producers suggests a potential to enhance financial efficiency and promote rural development and inclusion, which requires policies aimed at improving accessibility and providing training.
