Pensamiento Jurídico

Pensamiento Jurídico is pleased to announce that its call for papers is now open.

We invite you to participate by sending one or more articles related to legal disciplines, especially with the following topics:

-Human rights, democracy and pandemic
-Economic recovery and the role of law
-30 years of the Colombian Constitution
-Climate change and the effectiveness of law

However, articles involving other perspectives such as: History of law, theory of law, philosophy of law, sociology of law, constitutional law, human rights, criminal law, international law, labor and social security law, administrative law, commercial law, civil law, financial law, tax law, computer law, environmental law, among others, or any other legal-political topic, will be considered.

The article(s) must comply with the characteristics described in Annex 2 of this call for papers and must be sent to the e-mail address rpjuridico_fdbog@unal.edu.co together with the authorization letter and information requested in Annex 1 of this call for papers. In any case, the journal will permanently receive materials to be published in subsequent issues. Closing dates for receipt of articles:

First: October 30, 2021

Second: December 31, 2021

Third: March 31, 2022
