Las malformaciones congénitas del oído interno son patologías de baja frecuencia pero que requieren precisión diagnóstica. Se presenta un caso de cavidad única o común con sus correspondientes imágenes radiológicas manejado con implante coclear, así como la revisión de la clasificación y diagnóstico diferencial de las demás anomalías de oído interno.

Congenital malformations of the inner ear are rare conditions, but their detection requires high diagnostic accuracy. In this report we describe the case of a patient with single or common cavity, discuss the corresponding radiological images, describe the tratment of this patient with a cochlear implant, and review the classification and differential diagnosis of the other anomalies of the inner ear.
