Aplicabilidad de la ley 100 de 1993 en el cuidado de la familia: en una institución de carácter estatal en Bogotá

La familia como unidad básica de la sociedad, ha sido tenida en cuenta en la época contemporánea, desde el estado y los diferentes contextos, en tal sentido, la constitución como ley fundamental del estado y quienes participaron en su elaboración, describen los lineamientos que enmarcan la planeación y ejecución de programas en respuesta a estrategias que propicien la consecución del bienestar y el progreso de la familia. Este artículo refiere aspectos especialmente relacionados con la salud familiar y el nuevo sistema de seguridad social, implementado desde 1993 con la ley 100, las conclusiones descritas se lograron con base en encuestas a funcionarios del Instituto Colombiano de Bienestar Familiar (lCBF), quien con sus políticas y programas busca manejar la multitud de problemas que día a día afectan a la sociedad en general y la familia colombiana en los estratos 1 y 2.

The family like basic unit of the society, it has been kept in mind in the contemporary time, from the state and the different contexts, in such a sense, the constitution like fundamental law of the state and who participated in their elaboration, they describe the limits that frame the planeation and execution of programs in answer to strategies that propitiate the attainment of the well-being and the progress of the family. This article refers aspects specially related with the family health and the new system of social security, implemented from 1993 with the law 100, the described conclusions were achieved with base in surveys to officials of the Instituto Colombiano de Bienestar Familiar (lCBF), who with their politicians and programs search to manage the multitude of problems that day by day affect to the society in general and the colombian family in the strata 1 and 2.
