La presencia de anomalías en el tracto biliar es un hallazgo común, sin embargo un conducto cístico doble sin la presencia de duplicación de la vesícula biliar es muy rara; y existen pocos reportes en la literatura. Presentamos el hallazgo transoperatorio de un conducto cístico doble, sin la presentación clínica típica. No se hizo diagnóstico prequirúrgico adecuado, a pesar de que existen los métodos apropiados. Es prudente tener en mente las malformaciones, de la vía biliar, para una correcta identificación.
The presence of anomalies in the biliary tract is a common finding, but a double cystic duct without gallbladder duplication is very rare, and there are few reports in the literature. We report the chirurgical discovery of a double cystic duct, without the typical clinical presentation. Preoperative diagnosis was not appropriated, although there are precise methods to do it. We must keep in mind the malformations of the biliary tract, for a proper identification.
